Whether it’s large or small, close to home or a faraway destination, FFS events, training meetings and incentive trips are recognized throughout the industry as among the best. Each one is designed to provide our field representatives with maximum opportunities for professional and personal growth. The goal is for our field associates to have access to events or meetings each year, where they can learn, train, and be inspired.
On a corporate level, we offer two large, multi-day events – Leaders Convention and Jump Start, as well as sponsoring regional training meetings, such as NOISe events and RMD Academy, and our annual Dream Destination Conference meeting/trip.
Of the FFS events, Leaders Convention is the largest and is scheduled annually, usually during the summer months. Drawing an increasing attendance each year, Leaders Convention offers three days filled with information, education, motivation and recognition. The annual event has been scheduled for major convention locales – Las Vegas, Phoenix, Anaheim and Orlando.
Our kick-off meeting is Jump Start, usually scheduled for late January or early February. This important event has evolved into an intensive two days of business building, system and leadership training. Yet it remains one of the best ways to provide field representatives with insight into the year ahead.
RMD Academy, offered prior to major corporate events, is a comprehensive, training program, designed to help newly promoted Regional Marketing Directors become the CEOs of their independent businesses. The day-long seminar uses classic teach methods, case studies, role play and group discussions to challenge, teach and help RMDs become certified.
Our annual Dream Destination Conference trip and meeting takes a hundred qualifying couples to some of the world’s greatest places in late spring or early summer. In the past, FFS has sailed the Caribbean and the Mediterranean, as well as traveled to Monte Carlo, Rome, and Florence. We’ve also spent time on Mexico’s Pacific coast, the Hawaiian Islands and Puerto Rico. Most recently, Dream Destination qualifiers cruised the Gulf of Alaska aboard Regent Seven Seas Mariner ship.
Regionally we bring National Opportunity & Informational Seminars or NOISe to U.S. cities with large concentrations field representatives living in or nearby. What makes NOIse so popular is the opportunity for attendees to learn from top field leaders, FFS Home Office executives and carrier partner representatives all in one day, all in one room.
By attending Leaders Convention, Jump Start or a NOISe meeting, new field representatives can satisfy a Base Shop Field Training requirement. Annual attendance at one or all of these events is encouraged for all representatives as a part of ongoing training.
Locally, FFS representatives provide in-office training for their organizations. This ensures that their teammates are prepared to serve their clients and build their own FFS businesses the right way. Many field leaders host special events throughout the year, such as Lunch & Learns, Super Saturdays, as well as Business Opportunity Presentation meetings at least twice a week.
During the year, we support the events and meetings of other organizations through sponsorships. We are selective with whom we associate our name and brand, choosing to partner with organizations, groups, and communities that share our goals and values.
