JumpStart 2009 – Grand Opening Celebration

 

The FFS Team was ready for the JumpStart 2009 meeting and Grand Opening Ceremony.  We are pleased to say that we shared this dedication day with over 125 of our field leaders and special guests. 

 

JumpStart began with a special meeting of the Great Eight on Thursday afternoon followed by an intimate dinner. 

 

Friday morning started at the National Headquarters with an invitation only meeting including the “Great Eight” and other Elite Leaders from around the country.   CEO, Phil Gerlicher, outlined his five and ten year vision for FFS and fired up the leadership by announcing Equity Share.

 

FFS rolled out the red carpet for our leaders with a catered Open House and Grand Opening Celebration!  Gilles Moua and Mai Lee helped CEO Phil Gerlicher cut the ribbon as Michael Hardin dedicated the new FFS National Headquarters to the field in honor of their focus and hard work. The afternoon was filled with excitement!  Top field leaders shared their Leadership Secrets as David Gilmore and Brigitte Lackey, from LSW, helped leaders fine tune their product skills.  FFS conducted special training which included the first ever “FFS Jeopardy” game.  Teams competed with each other as they tried to match wits with Towanna, Candy, Clarissa, and Yelena of the FFS New Business department.  “FFS Jeopardy” was a HUGE hit and left the field leaders asking for more.

 

Saturday kicked off with a capacity crowd, focused on CEO, Phil Gerlicher, as he painted a vivid picture of his vision for FFS.  The morning marched on with the presentation of awards for Cash Flow, Recruiting and Points.  The Director of Motivation was awarded to Gilles Moua and Mai Lee for the second meeting in a row.  Brian & Linda Moua, Thai & Meecha Thao, and Harold & Shirley Perkins were inducted into the Champions Club and were presented with their rings. 

 

Proudly, FFS announced Gilles Moua & Mai Lee as the first MVP award recipient, in recognition of their outstanding performance in 2008.  This was a very emotional time for Gilles Moua since this was his first ever MVP award.

 

To a roar of excitement, CEO, Phil Gerlicher, announced Equity Share.  The excitement continued and the momentum gained as the Great Eight took control and stepped on the gas as they laid out the 10 Keys to Becoming a Great Leader.  Leader after Leader ran to the podium to declare that they Believe, Expect, and are Committed.

 

JumpStart 2009 was truly a historic event for FFS!
