First Financial Security Promotes Trent Asher to Executive Vice President

First Financial Security, Inc. is excited to announce the promotion of Trent Asher from Chief Information Officer to Executive Vice President. Trent has been an integral part of FFS for more than 10 years, and his new role reflects the leadership and commitment he has brought to the company, its employees, and the field throughout his tenure.

Trent joined FFS with extensive experience in information technology, including programming, developing technology solutions, and creating tools and applications. Before joining FFS, he worked in corporate IT departments and ran his own technology company. As Chief Information Officer, he led the FFS Technology Department and guided the development of tools and applications for both the field and the Home Office.

Trent is eager to build on his prior work: “I’ve always loved finding ways to make people and processes more efficient, but what excites me most about this opportunity is the ability to work even more closely with our employees and field leaders," he said. "We have tremendous opportunities ahead of us, and I’m looking forward to bringing people, technology, and ideas together to help FFS and our field continue to grow.”

As Executive Vice President, Trent will oversee the FFS Operations team, including Sales, Marketing, Agent Services, New Business, and Information Technology. Trent brings to the role deep knowledge of FFS systems and operations, along with a strong understanding of field leaders and their needs.
