Leaders Convention 2025 was a landmark gathering of agents, carrier partners, and Home Office staff at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. This year’s theme, Transforming Tomorrow, resonated through every story, strategy, and celebration, inspiring us to create lasting impact for families and communities.

With powerful keynote addresses, breakthrough Home Office announcements, and recognition of our top leaders, LC25 demonstrated that transformation is not just a one-time event, but a process we live every day.

Session Highlights: Transformation in Action

LC25 began in the usual fashion with FFS Academy, an essential crash-course orientation designed to equip new associates with the fundamentals of business building and protecting families, and the Champions Club Luncheon, which allowed an afternoon of recognition and orientation for our top leaders, setting the tone for the transformative sessions to follow.

The highlight keynote came from Cam F. Awesome, former #1 U.S. boxer and motivational speaker, who shared the story of his profound mindset transformation as he grew up. From walking six miles to the gym as a teen to overcoming Olympic setbacks, Cam reminded us at every turn that “if you can fail without being discouraged, success becomes inevitable”. His humor, authenticity, and challenge to “choose your story” left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.

Meanwhile, the rest of the general sessions were filled with a lineup of inspiring speakers who shared stories of transformation and leadership:

  • Sean Weaver (Field Vice President) opened the first session as emcee, energizing the crowd with his reminder that Leaders Convention is always “a transformation station where daily choices create lasting change.

  • Brandi Bridgett (Senior Vice President) then reflected on her journey of transformation, reminding us, “It’s not how big the sale is, but how big your impact is on the lives of others”.

  • Lisa Lickert (National Marketing Director) embraced her nickname to show that transformation is about consistency, wisely noting that “if your ‘Why’ is strong enough, you’ll do exactly what you need to do to get the job done — with zest and energy”.

  • Monica Gonzalez (National Marketing Director) shared how she overcame imposter syndrome and emphasized the importance of service, noting, “the moment I stopped thinking of people as dollar signs, my whole business changed.”

  • Julie Lor (National Marketing Director) spoke to the power of the Real Secrets of Money program, our financial literacy initiative that provides classes and resources in personal finance, and urged agents to “talk to people, educate them, and be the shining light that people will come to seek for help.”

  • Andrew Tran and Melissa Nguyen (Regional Marketing Directors), representing the Young Guns of Team Resilience, showed how belief, mentorship, and mindset turn youth from a weakness into a strength.

  • Zhongpeng Her (Regional Marketing Director) inspired newcomers by proving that “none of us started ready,” and that success comes through belief and daily determination.

  • Kannapat Chookul (Field Vice President) urged us to focus on legacy, reminding us that “the commission will come later, if you work from your heart.”

  • Victor Mackliff (Senior Vice President) framed challenges as blessings, underscoring the importance of grit, numbers, and surrounding yourself with the right tribe.

  • Cindy Rivera (Field Vice President) shared her journey as an immigrant and her belief that “ordinary people can do extraordinary things” when they stay consistent.

  • Alexander Cherching (Field Vice President) emphasized resilience by reminding us, “the world doesn’t need perfect, it needs people who don’t give up.”

  • Javier Rodriguez (Executive Field Chairman) took the time to reframe success as “80% “Why” and 20% ‘How’” and encouraged us to use this information to lead with purpose.

  • Brian Moua (Executive Field Chairman) challenged us to transform quickly, like learning to walk, in a world racing forward with AI and digital tools.

  • Thai Thao (Executive Field Chairman) warned that distractions can stall a team for years, but reminded us we are one team and must keep marching forward.

  • Shirley Luu (Executive Field Chairman) issued a call to bold action: “The future isn’t dependent on luck. It’s the result of the bold moves you make today.”

  • Victoria Le (Senior Executive Field Chairman) closed out Leaders Convention 2025 with promise to set the bar high with her relentless commitment to legacy and teamwork: “When the leader rises, the team rises.”
